In the other program

iThmb Converter allows you to view the photo file in your default photo image viewer. Double click the image from the selected iThmb file or choose Open with default application in the Image menu. The image is opened in your default viewer:

In fact, iThmb Converter automatically converts the selected image into JPEG format. The unregistered version adds a watermark to the resulting image.
